Call for Tutorials

Crowncom 2019 invites half-day tutorial proposals on new and emerging topics within the scope of communications and networking. Our topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Security in cognitive radio networks
  • Spectrum, infrastructure and resource management in future wireless networks
  • Machine learning algorithms in 5G networks
  • Advances in spectrum sensing and dynamic spectrum access
  • Application of cognitive radio technology for V2V and V2X netowrks
  • Resources sharing and coexistence in mmWave bands
  • Resources sharing for satellite communications
  • Spectrum and resource virtualization for the IoT
  • Application of cognitive radio and sharing for the IoT
  • Experimental results, trials, and proof of concepts on spectrum efficiency of end-to-end wireless systems

Proposals will be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. The proposal should concisely describe the content and objectives of the tutorial, and include:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Objectives and motivation
  • Timeliness and intended audience
  • Prior history of the tutorial presentation and number of past attendees, if applicable
  • Detailed outline of the tutorial
  • Short biography of the instructor(s)
